Location and parking. Room had all the facilities we needed.

Had to knock and ring for five minutes on arrival before being let in, then didn’t see the owner again until we left. Room was ok but felt cold and damp until heating came on on second night. Found a slug crawling up the bathroom wall, then there was another on the bedroom ceiling which fell onto my bed in the middle of the night. Could not get Wi-Fi with the password provided. Had expected breakfast to be included for £85 a night. On booking.com website a selling point was “exceptional breakfast”. It was only after I booked that it stated this would be £15 pppn extra.

Bed was comfy.

There was a smell when you entered Also the tea coffee cups kettle and shower was dirty. Tissue stuck in tunking which held the TV wire. Only stopped one night instead of two

The room was not at all like the picture on the website The shower was only flowing properly for a couple of minutes before it became a very hot trickle of water To be told it was an additional £15 per person for a cooked breakfast amazed myself especially as my wife had beans on toast Also no continental items such as cereal or pastries unless ordered We left early and felt very dissatisfied

The entrance and the room was pretty and that's all.

Firstly, you have to find your way through a massive trailer park to get to the beach. The bed was the most uncomfortable thing I have ever had the misfortune to attempt to sleep on. Cheapest spring mattress money can buy. The hostess was rude and obnoxious when I complained about it and the fact I couldn't switch on the shower because I didn't know the switch for the shower is located next to the light switch in the bedroom. She then spent the next hour slamming every door in the establishment. I tried to cancel my booking for the second night the day I arrived but she refused to refund me. I checked out anyway.

Location was ok. The text in the listing gives the impression that breakfast was included and it isn't so should be dropped from the listing

Could have been cleaner. Dirty skirting boards, mould on the underside of the shower unit.
