Downstairs could have been A LOT cleaner, it was very "tired" in places, cobwebs & dog hairs everywhere in the entrance...bedrooms were a bit cleaner. Expensive & disappointing stay, didn't really feel welcome 😑

Lovely clean room and very close to beach for the dog. It's a easy drive to Mablethorpe where our daughter has a van which made it easy for us to meet up with the family. Host Barry was very welcoming to us and our dog🐕

For our 2 day visit we were quite happy

It’s location is perfect, 5 mins from the beach. Lovely building warm and comfortable.
