Nasty, look like they’re never clean

I liked the close proximity to the bus stop. It did have a small microwave and a mini fridge/ freezer combination.

The smell of curry and the lack of AC control. The bed was extremely hard and there were ants in the bathroom. Our stay was very hot. We purchased fans, but still sweat.

Sofa bed was broken Sheets and towels smelled of urine, some with concerning stains Place smelled and had visible mold Live cockroaches have taken over the entrance alley, are all over and inside the property Informed the host of the broken sofa bed and pests and host simply responded “sorry to hear”

Warning! Warning!!!! I killed several bugs. Had to go buy Raid bug killer. Do not stay here. The microwave sits under several nests of cobwebs. The place was spacious.

It was not specified how I would get the keys to enter the property so I had to ring the doorbell and request assistance from the owner. Upon entering the property there were cobwebs everywhere. The place had not been cleaned. The sheets were not clean the bathroom had old loofah and an empty shower wash bottle that was left in there. There was no way to regulate the heat/ac. The owner stomped and moved furniture first thing in morning and at night. It was loud and unbearable. They cooked food that infiltrated the basement area horribly bad. They talked so loud that I could not hear the tv without blasting the sound on it. It was simply the worst experience ever!!! Please remove this place from letting anyone else have to go through this.

Thang's basement apartment was very conveniently located in Washington DC. It is one block away from a grocery store and two blocks away from the Metro Green Line. The place is perfect for a family trip. The hosts were amazing and very responsive. 100% recommended.
