Great location, comfortable cool room as it was hot. The blinds had been pulled to keep the room from heating up. Parking was easy. Quiet place with excellent breakfast which kept us going all day.

Lovely welcome at reception and the last serving breakfast the next day was very pleasant. All guests sit and eat together in a small enough room but we got to speak to other guests and enjoyed that.

Does not deserve a Five Star rating. When you book a five star you automatically expect extra and this wasn’t the case. A 3 Star guest house would best describe it.
