Very good location for the price, on 10 min walk to the center. Staff give you free water every day.

Fan in the bathroom was noisy, and the place it self is a little bit noisy.

Accommodation exactly as described and very swift check in and check out. Water was also provided every day which was a bonus.

Rooms are a little on the small side if the twin beds are used, and the street is a little noisy.

Unfortunately place is very close to the road. Doors are letting a lot of noises inside, so it was hard to sleep.

Clean room , confortable bed , hot water , good location but what it made my stay unforgettable it's the staff, Brian and his Mom . These two people are so so lovely , nice , respectful they tried their best to make you fell comfortable . I really liked spending moments with them , the Mom even offered me some meals to eat together . It was a very moving moment when I left them as I left a family member . I wish you the best guys

Very close to train station. We loved the breakfast at Desia’s Kitchen just across the street (quiche and black coffee). Staff very kind and helpful- we got new water bottles every day.

The mom and son - so warm and hospitable; kept the place spotless. Mom made us a sumptuous breakfast every morning. Bryan - the son - goes to college *and* helps out at tue hotel. More like a Homestay.

The location is good

The beds are two single bed and one is hidden below the “main”. You cannot create a double bed since the one below the main remains at floor level.

Great location, less than 10 min walk to Malioboro. Very clean, very helpful staff. Rooms a bit small, but for the price, extremely good value. Do bring ear plugs though - it is on a fairly quiet street, but you still get scooters passing occasionally throughout the night
