"AMAZING staff, comfy and bright room near the centre. Good breakfast! A gem in Chachapoyas!"

Everything! One of the best hostel experiences. Staff is the plus. Very polite, friendly and attentive. They will go further and behind your requests. Breakfast is good. Our room was very nice, bright and spacious and the bed was very comfy. Bathroom also was good. Location is 5 minutes walking from the main square.

La atención muy amable del personal , muy limpio ordenado y decorado el ambiente y muy bien ubicado. Muy satisfecho mi estadía .

Todo lo bueno tiene que ser valorado y así mismo valoro la atención y así mismo recomiendo el hotel ,como también recomiendo la ciudad a visitar ,muy tranquilo .

I can't recommend this hostel highly enough!! The staff are super kind and helpful, including organizing tours and transport, the breakfast is delicious, the whole place is spotless, beds are comfy and the common areas are great for relaxing, especially the rooftop terrace. After staying here I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else in Chachapoyas!

Absolument tout!!! Merci Donna pour ta gentillesse, ton accueil, tes informations et la parfaite tenue de ton hotel. Et bravo aussi a tous les membres de l'équipe 😋 Emplacement parfait au pied du centre ville et au calme en meme temps. Chambre tres propre, bien agencée, eau chaude, wifi, literie. Tout top. Calme, confortable et agreable. Ptit dej excellent selon votre goût bien préparé et a l'heure souhaitée. J'espère vraiment revenir!!! Super belle decouverte a l'image de la ville de Chacha.

"Polecam ten hotel"

Przemiła obsługa, cały czas uśmiechnięta i wesoła. Część osób mówi trochę po angielsku. Hotel ładny, śniadanie smaczne. Polecam rezerwować wycieczki w hotelu, cena jest zdecydowanie lepsza niż przez Get your Guide, a to są dokładnie te same wycieczki.

Codziennie około 5-6 rano do sklepu obok podjeżdżał samochód dostawczy z muzyką włączoną na maksymalną głośność. W okolicy jest też pełno szczekajacych psów. Myślę, że tak samo będzie w całym Chachapoyas, więc nie trzeba się tym sugerować, trzeba to po prostu zaakceptować.

"Le meilleur Hostel du Pérou !"

Tout était parfait, c’est honnêtement le meilleur Hostel au Pérou. Tout est propre, de l’eau chaude, le déjeuner et super bien et surtout les hôtes sont très gentilles et arrangeantes :) je recommande à 100% ce lieu

Quel accueil fabuleux ! Dona et son équipe sont aux petits soins. Elle sait tout! et fera son maximum pour vous aider à organiser votre séjour à Chachapoyas et même votre trajet ensuite pour la suite de votre voyage. Très bon petit déjeuner. Les chambres sont propres et confortables.
