Parking, close to the city center, big room

Only one Parking spot for 3 rooms. Parking available in the street, noise from street heard in the room

"Good value for a night or two in Valladolid."

Room wasn't cleaned and ready at 3 p.m. check-in time, but after that things went fine. Comfortable place, access to the fridge in the kitchen, Wi-Fi worked fine.

Location is on a busy city street many blocks north of the historic center, but it's not a bad walk if the heat isn't scorching.

Perfect location, close to the center, colectivos, supermarket, restaurants. Perfectly clean, spacious Room, enormous comfortable bed Well équiped kitchen

Seamless check in experience with good indications on how to enter the property. We could park our car in the driveway. The filter coffee machine in the kitchen was great to make a coffee before heading out early to visit Chichén itza.

"Perfect stay in Valladolid"

- Very nice host that gives you recommendations about things to do in the surrounding - Easy communication; responds almost immediately at a text message - Clean room - Nice location, a short and easy walk from the city center and ADO bus station - Check in and -out process was very easy, I had the option to check in earlier and to extend my stay with 2 nights

- Kitchen could be somewhat cleaner

Casa Ixchel is in a great location, 10-15 minute walk to the main Zocalo and ADO bus terminal. The room is very spacious with a comfortable king size bed and space for storing clothes and luggage. There was lots of hot water in the shower- just let it run a little before getting in. The house has a small kitchen- we only used the fridge and coffee maker but other guests cooked meals. Also a common area is available but is not very inviting- looks exactly like the pictures. Manolo is a great host with good communication for self check-in. Be aware that the house is on a very busy street so there is that traffic noise. All in all, very good value for a couple nights stay.

No issues at all.
