The bed was amazingly comfortable

There was the opportunity to book breakfast in advance, and it was left in the fridge. It was fantastic, with fruit, pastries, and yoghurt—certainly value for money. The room was spacious and clean.

Because it is just before the busy season the lounge was open, which was a shame, but understandable.

High standard of accomodation and comfort. Rural views with red kite . Easy access to Aber , Ynys hir and Osprey centre.

Having nobody to greet and guide. Having no kitchen. Not having biscuits replaced or bins emptied. No bus or rail info in the otherwise comprehensive manual.

Perfect, peaceful and comfortable

Property nice. Room adequate. Bed to soft little worn but ok. Amenities / facilities ok nice lounge. Nice area accept for it being right near a train track. Shame about the lack of staff and the personal touch ( just a phone number in case of). but our stay was pleasant.
