My room was at the street side, which means very noisy because there is a lot of traffic.

Very close to the center. Easy access to the room. The room was very spacious. Good wifi.

We didn't meet any of the owners during our stay and they didn't respond the messages very fast. The breakfast was included but the first possible time to get it was 7.30. That's too late if you want to go to Chichen Itza early. It's said in the description there is a luggage storage. There weren't any specific room for them and the owner didn't tell where to leave them even we asked. But we just left the luggage locked in the corridor and I guess it was fine.

Close to one of the main plaza’s and a few blocks from the ADO and city tours.

It’s in need of updating…painting the walls and floors would help. Only soap was provided…shampoo and conditioner should be included as well. Breakfast was good but a bit small…I would include eggs and fruit for all breakfast not just one or the other every other day.

The room is pretty spacious. Simple, but comes with a hammock which is kind of cute and authentic. The breakfast is decent. You can have it in the garden with other guests at 8 am. Location is really good - close to the main square, just a few minutes away from it.

When we booked the room, we didn't realize that the kitchen doesn't come along with the room. We got an impression that we can use it privately. In reality, it was outside (our room was on the 2nd floor) and with very old equipment. The windows are not soundproof, so the noise comes in from the streets. We stayed during Christmas, so the firework on Christmas Eve was all night long. Probably during other periods, it is not so noisy. Some upgrading in the rooms is needed.
