The room was really basic but for a short stay it is sufficient. The host serves a nice breakfast in the morning

Bed was not so comfortable Breakfast was bad...fruit was not yummy,the coffee was instant so we didn't have it We left for a different hotel the next day

Location was great and the staff was so kind. The breakfast was amazing. I felt like at my mom's place. I loved breakfast in the garden. I would like to thanks for great care.

A few mins from the square, we had a double with bathroom attached. It's really a house with some rooms for rent. Nice backyard for sitting and relaxing. Secure. Nice breakfast provided. Simple digs. Good value for a couple of days.

Close to everything like ADO station, colectivo to Chichen Itza, central square, restaurants, shops and cenote Zaci. Wifi was ok, not the fastest but most of the time it was good . Safe place, I left valuables in the locked room even hidden. Big portion of fruits for breakfast.

A little bit traffic noise from the street. I would have also needed a bit better instruction how to get inside, maybe a photo from a key box. I got a code, but I didn't know it was for a key box. I tried the code to the front door (there were numbers too) because I didn't see the key box. I had to ask help from neighbors and they adviced me how to find the owner, who was living almost next door. Then she finally came to open the door and showed me the key box. There was shared kitchen outside and I put my water and some groceries in the fridge. Then I noticed around 9 PM the door outside was locked. I understand it is for safety reasons, but it should have been meantioned clearly that they will lock the door at certain time. Luckily I had even small bottle of water inside the room.

Staff was super nice. Clean room, with A/C, plenty of space, hot water in the bathroom, cute little garden and breakfast. It's not the most modern place, but we felt very welcome. Walking distance to the main square and cenote.

Good location, comfortable facilities, yummy breakfast, great to have air-con and a fan!

The fan speed was at times a little too fast (and would turn off if it was on a lower speed).

We did not get breakfast because we had to catch the bus at 8am but we went out to the garden/patio and it was really cute. The room was so cute and cozy. Loved the hammock in the room and the design in the room it was cute!!

Basically none, just don't ask the stuff where to eat lunch because place they recommended was very much below average (but at least cheap).
