It is very close to the centro of Valladolid.

Some nights, there was no hot water. Also, the amount of water was really scarce. The breakfast was good but little amount.

Location is great. For the price, this was a great deal. We faced the road but it was still pretty quiet at night. Hot water. A/C works well. Breakfast was delicious and they accommodated me as a vegan despite a last minute booking.

The property has a great location and the staff was extremely friendly. Good English and check in went super quick. The beds were comfortable and the price-quality ratio is good.

Because it was rainy season it was quite humid in the room, also the room smelled bad because of this. The room is outdated, but that didn’t bother us.

Good location and quiet. Well equipped kitchen. Breakfast was a nice touch. Staff were friendly and helpful

Shower ran out of hot water after 5-10 minutes which is only an issue when there’s more than one of you.

We loved the location of this establishment. Just 5 minutes from Valladolid's main square and 10 minutes on foot from Cenote Zaci. This establishment is perfectly located. The staff were also very friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

We stayed several times in this establishment and were therefore able to test 3 different rooms and noticed that the upstairs rooms didn't have a very good internet connection and that one of the rooms had plumbing problems. But otherwise everything else was perfect.

We stayed in the double room with ensuite. The room was spacious, had AC and a fan. The room was clean. Nice clean common kitchen for use. Breakfast served in the morning is great. Was different each day.

The road outside can be noisy at times.
