The host was responsive. The location is excellent. We made the booking late in the evening after a long drive and based on previous good reviews. Glad we were able to be accommodated on short notice but absolutely not at all worth the price.

The room smelled so strongly of mould that we were unable to stay in it. The host provided us an alternative room when we brought this issue up, however it was not suitable for three people and and my daughter and I had to carry a mattress up two flights of stairs in order for my son to have somewhere to sleep in the alternative room. Because that mattress and its bedding had been in the mouldy room my son spent the night sneezing and itchy from sleeping in the mouldy bedding. With the mattress on the floor there was literally nowhere to walk inside the room and we had to step over each other to be able to reach the bathroom. Without a doubt the worst hotel/guest house I’ve stayed in and a waste of my money. I’ve never left a bad review in any accommodation but the room we booked should not be available to the public.

Great location, well kept and good value for money. All amenities working as listed. Quite cozy.

No dedicated parking. Fan could be better in summers.
