The room was spacious. Bathrooms were cleaned with good hot water. A five minute walk to a 24 hour grocery and 12 minute from Old Town

The terrace is designated for shared use among residentsad it was in 3rd floor , while my room is located on the second floor. Additionally, the location is convenient for those utilizing the metro. However, I personally opted for taxi transportation, as the older buildings made access somewhat challenging.

Roof terrace very nice. Good to have kettle also fridge in hall very useful. Good air conditioning. Good value for money. Very convenient location

Shower rather small.

It was clean and quiet, short walking distance to Old Tibilisi. Shops and restaurants nearby. We really liked the terrace.

Simple accomodation near Alvabari station. There are 4 rooms on the floor, each with own bathroom. Shared fridge on the floor.

Bad smell in the bathroom, which also impact the room.

The place was exceptionally clean, and everything I needed was available – both in the room and in the corridor, including shared amenities like an iron and cleaning supplies. The Host was incredibly friendly and helpful – she even offered me a piece of cake, which was such a sweet gesture! There was also an adorable cat that made my stay even more enjoyable. The location was perfect, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting.
