Very cute place, the kindest owners, friendliest resident cat, great terrace upstairs with a beautiful view! The rooms are clean and bright but with good curtains for sleeping, the area is quiet, and the neighbourhood is perfect. It's right around the corner from the metro, but the place is already very central anyway. he owners are super accommodating- they will let you check in early/check out late if the rooms are available, and they are just so welcoming. Just note- the description of the rooms confused me a bit in that it sounded like all rooms have a private balcony. This is not the case (I think some do, but mine did not- had really big windows though). However, the upstairs balcony is just the absolute best, so it really doesn't matter. Definitely stay here!

What an amazing stay! My hosts were an absolute delight. Very welcoming and accommodating. My stay in Tbilisi was great and it is because I had a safe accessible and helpful place to stay. I will definitely be back. Thank you!

The hosts were so kind and accommodating. The room was very nice and comfortable. Shower and sink were great, the hot water kettle was super cute. The windows in our room were lovely and the terrace at the top floor was wonderful :~) I would absolutely stay again!

This place is in a great position, less than 4 minutes from Avlabari Metro, a meeting point for tours. My room was spacious, clean & comfortable. Host Nikolas was excellent. Great value & recommended!
