Good

The location was good. The room was huge and homely. It was a lovely touch putting up a Christmas tree and decorations around the fire. The man that checked us in was friendly and gave us his contact information in case we needed him. There are supermarkets nearby and the metro station but it's quite easy to walk to most places. The views are stunning.

I knocked off a few points as there were some cleaning issues. There was hair and rubbish in the bathroom drawer and no pillow or mattress protectors. There was a great washing machine but no tumble dryer - a clothes horse is really needed. Only 4 coat hangers There was no service during our 5 night stay so extra toilet rolls, dustpan and brush etc would be useful. That said, we enjoyed our stay at Vincent and would stay there again. However, what is a good room could be exceptional with a little planning

At first wasn't sure it was my hotel with no signs but once I went in very nice lady making a cake greet me. Good location not far from metro. It is on the other side of the river than old town but a nice walk there.

The host Marina is very kind and good natured person met me late evening, found out that I was after long journey she treated me with amazing potato pies and fruits. The hotel is located in a quite area Avlabari within walking distance to main attractions. The room was extremely clean and cozy, towels and bed linen white and fresh. The worth be noted exceptional terrace on the roof with breathtaking view on the town, it was nice to stay there for a cup of coffee in the morning or glass of wine in the evening. Marina kindly treated me with delicious home made mashroom soup another evening, it was unexpected and very pleasant at the same time. Also there is a family room on the upper floor where I would like to stay with my family on my next visit to Tbilisi. All details in this house are made with love

The communication was very easy and the appartement super spacious - it was extremely comfortable - the rooftop terrace also made it extra special

Nothing to declare here May be good to mark on the front door that it is the guesthouse - we got a little confused when we arrived ;-)

Great location by the metro and sites.

Terrace was nice, AC was strong, bed comfy, and the bathroom was private and very clean! Hosts are very kind people.
