Das Zimmer ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Oben gibt es eine Dachterrasse. Ein Kühlschrank und ein Wasserkocher steht zur Verfügung. Die Lage im alten armenischen Viertel ist sehr angenehm.

A beautiful stay in the heart of Tbilisi The location was perfect, just a short walk to the city center, yet tucked away enough to enjoy some peace and quiet. The views from the balcony were absolutely stunning, and the warmth of the hosts made the experience even more special. On my first day, the lovely owner even welcomed me with homemade apple pie. I ended up extending my stay for way longer than I initially intended to. Despite a few last-minute changes in my travel plans, the hosts were incredibly accommodating and understanding when it came to last minutes notices. Their kindness really stood out. And if you visit, PLEASE give the sweet cat a pet from me! This place truly felt like a home away from home.

Everything, location, cleanness, comfort, the host and her son are very nice and welcoming, thank you very much for home made cake compliment, it was delicious… highly recommend this place, will deffo stay here again

Everything was good. Especially, location was exllent!! Owner was gentle and very kind. The house was very close to the Avlabari Metro station, so it was possible to go to any where in Tbilisi.
