150 year old Restored Lincolnville cottage

Property was clean and location was in walking distance for what we were visiting for!

The property was cozy, very comfortable.

The floors need cleaned.

We loved everything, location was perfect, the house was amazing, so quiet and relaxing.

What a wonderful place to stay! Great location, beautiful accommodations and pet friendly. Would stay here again. The fresh citrus and eggs were a nice extra touch. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

We loved this little cottage! It is so peaceful and secluded with the way the trees and shrubbery are. It's also incredibly convenient to walk to downtown and explore. The ohky time qe needed our car was when we went to the lighthouse. The cottage itself us super clean and feels like your own home. The owners are super sweet and keep you well informed or answer any questions you like.

Loved the cabin and its location. Very close to all attractions and the neighborhood is quiet. The hosts were very kind and communicative and even left us some eggs and fresh fruit :) The cabin was clean, well stocked with everything you may need for your stay. Such a really cool place. We really enjoyed our visit and look forward to visiting again!

It was truly charming! We loved the location, close enough to everything but far enough away to give you a quiet atmosphere. You felt like you lived there.

Do not rent this property!!! Warning!! My husband and I arrived at this home on July 11, 2025. At first glance, it's a quaint, restored cottage, which isn't my issue. That night, when we pulled down the bed covers, we found dead bugs on the sheets and many more between the mattresses. I tried to contact the property owners that night, Michelle and Albert. I left messages and texted them. We assumed they were bed bugs, and we could not sleep in the bed. We had no choice but to stay in a hotel room on our first night. We didn't get a phone call back from the property owner until midday the next day. Not once did she say 'I'm sorry about the bugs,' but instead acted like we had put her out and was just rude to us when we were the guests. I don't know what she expected us to do. We couldn't sleep in a bed that had bugs, no one would, and I'm sure she wouldn't either. After another phone call, she finally says they treated the house for termites, and it was termites in the bed. We also found termites in the living room, dead and living. She did offer to refund our stay for 4 nights (we had booked for 5), but would not refund the first night or our hotel stay, even though we never spent one night there. Today is July 24th. She will not respond to Booking.com and has not refunded the almost $800 that we are out of now. Word of advice, DON'T STAY HERE!!!! The owners are rude and don't care about their guests.
