150 year old Restored Lincolnville cottage

The location was great. We could almost everywhere.

It was like a home away from home. It is a historic house with historic furniture, which adds to it's charm. If you want corporate hotel service and amenities, stay at a chain hotel. But, if you want a peaceful self-sufficient vacation, this is the place for you. It's perfect for introverts! It's located just outside the noise of the bustling down town area, but it still within walking distance of the historic district, restaurants and other amenities and areas of interests.

My husband wanted better TV channel options, but that is not what we were in St. Augustine to do so it wasn't a deal breaker for either of us.

Rooms size and kitchen was well stocked with everything you would need. Only a short walk to the old downtown area.

The living room furniture was a little worn, but not to bad.

Wonderful! This house is exactly what we needed! The outside was fenced and our pups love it ! Beautiful Florida garden with a spacious front porch with chairs and table to enjoy the outside. It's a very quiet neighborhood but just walking distance to all the beauty of the Historic district! The inside side was beautifully remodeled ! Full size kitchen with an open floor plan with all the amenities you need just like home! The owners were awesome and very easy to communicate with.They have put a lot of love in the property making sure you're comfortable and enjoy the time you spend there. We will definitely be returning!

The parking may be a little tight if more than one person stays at same time but other than that, it was great!

The location of home was perfect. The historical atmosphere was on point. The privacy was the best we've seen in town.

Need a barbecue pit for outdoor. Needed hot tub by outside shower. Bigger TV in the living room. Better layout in the living room for sitting.

Love the area it’s nice and quite and very close to downtown and the shops

The bed was not very comfortable needs a new mattress

The property was not clean. The owner’s daughter was staying on the property and threatened to call the police when we followed the instructions to obtain a key and entered the property. The owner agreed to a refund of our money but never followed through on the refund.
