150 year old Restored Lincolnville cottage

Great location. Very short walk to all shops and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Cottage was clean and had all the essentials. We met the owner Michelle, she was very nice and provided us some history on the Cottage. Special touches like toiletries and fresh fruits. We will definitely recommend this stay.

Nothing we disliked

The cottage was cozy and quiet. Very comfortable and the location was perfect. We walked to almost every place we visited and enjoyed the scenery. When we were at the cottage we enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing. The outside shower was a definite favorite of mine. We will definitely be returning and will recommend staying here to all our friends and family. The host Michelle was a lovely person and so friendly and easy to talk to. Thank you Michelle and Albert for such an amazing experience for our 25th wedding anniversary. Hope to meet Albert on our next trip. Paul and Darleen

The location was in walking distance to downtown St Augustine and the sights. The cottage itself was well appointed, with a half dozen FRESH eggs in the refrigerator and oranges and grapefruit on the counter. So much history in that cozy cottage!

Everything was perfect and cute. Easy to use; amazing staff.

I felt as though the bathroom towels could be a little more fresh as well as the bedding. Felt a little dated and old. Fresh new sheets and bathroom towels I believe would enhance the aesthetic. Also perhaps a new shower curtain and maybe something to fix the smell of the house. Beyond those minor fixes; everything was perfect.

The location was perfect, and a 5-15 min walk to St George St, the Distillary, the Fort, and many restaurants and shops. The unit was very clean and offered fresh fruit, and eggs from the owners chickens! The owners were very attentive, and Michelle even came over in the evening to provide us with new batteries for the TV remote! You could tell they put a lot of love into their property's.

The living rm furniture was comfy but starting to look old and worn. Some fresh throw pillows would spruce it up. The bathroom was very nice, but with the smaller shower, a hand held shower head would be a nice touch.

My husband and I recently stayed at this lovely property, and we found it excellent. The exterior is unique, and there is a comfortable porch for relaxing. The interior is spacious for two people and very clean. The kitchen is well-appointed and stocked with dishes, pots/pans, utensils, paper towels, dish towels, dish cleaning supplies, and coffee/tea/filters. There were even tasty welcome gifts. The location is terrific being just a short walk from the heart of the downtown area. The street itself is quiet. There was more foot traffic than cars, and we found the neighbors (both regular residents and short-term renters) to be very friendly. Sitting on the porch was a step back in time with several people saying hello and even stopping to chat as they walked by. The owners, Albert & Michelle, were very responsive to questions before and during our stay. We definitely recommend this property and look forward to booking it in the future.

The cottage is very comfortable and quiet. The location is perfect. The hosts are great!

It is a nice property that is pet, friendly, and easily walkable to old downtown Saint Augustine

Would be nice if they had a TV in the bedroom however, other than that, there’s not much I could say that negative
