Very comfortable and lovely owners. Bed very comfy. Good location and excellent breakfast.

"Disappointing"

It was clean throughout 👌 Spotless. Beds (proper beds) comfortable 👌 Location spot on. Parking. Washing was done even without direct access.

Miss selling by wrong description of the accommodation 😕 No info or where things are eg bedding / towels No washer or dryer Hoover broken (replaced) Not furnished for 6 and yet sold as 6 people. Sofa bed uncomfortable, outdated and dirty. Mattress protector dirty with urine stains... Carpet stained and frayed. Furniture broken and damaged. Bath and fire place broken (mended by hubby) for security. Scolding water with no warning ending up with with multiple burns 😳 😑 Toilet sear broken. Vents blocked 🚫 😒 😑 Dangerous. Please have a look at the description 🙏 Thus is merely a 4 berth static unless changes are done to make it 6: 6 chairs to start, new sofa bed suite (our son and daughter in law had to book alternative hotel as the sofa bed was too uncomfortable! ), new carpet, new bath panel...Nothing expensive or major and please upgrade security.

Good location, clean ,good breakfast, lovely host

The only thing I would say could do with improvement is the bed. It wasn't very comfortable and the covers were a bit dated

The kids liked the vintage style of the chalet.

Staff communication was awful and disrespectful. The place was dusty and carpet wasn't clean.

"Lingering cooking smells which remain pervasive throughout accommodation. ‘Family’ room is substandard and not suitable"

Period property looking tired on the outside and in need of external maintenance

Rooms are outdated for 2025 and in urgent need of upgrading. Bathroom facilities were improved compared to bedroom area which is unfortunate given most time is spent in bedroom accommodation
