The location, the extras that are on offer

A few hairs around the sink and shower and the room we were in could do with some black out curtains

Perfect location for us to attend a wedding nearby. Parking right outside. Lovely landlady. Really nice breakfast and lots of bonus snacks. Access to a guest freezer was particularly helpful.

Personal preference but don't like a sliding door on an ensuite. Cosy shower room especially in the single room my mother stayed in.

I love all of my stay for breakfast It was lovely snacks and bottled water It was a very nice idea.All the staff are very friendly and warm welcoming a shout-out to catty who's lovely. I definitely will be coming back in the near future.

Fantastic location as it was within 15 minutes of pleasure beach, lovely and friendly hosts, breakfast was delicious and plenty on offer, free parking aswell, lovely idea to have the snack table on offer with a plentiful selection, beds were comfy with great cleanliness and good facilities. Would love to stay again soon as we had a faultless stay and thought that it was great value for money.

Nothing, could not fault our stay

Loved the care and the kindness and the very good breakfast. The position is very good; close to the front. Car parking is available.

Watch out for the hot water! It can be very hot!!!

Host was great. Really friendly. Bottles of water and ice creams free.

Very friendly landlady. Good cooked breakfast of scrambled eggs and toast. B&b forgot to set out our cereals in the morning but quickly sorted by helpful breakfast staff. Shower was ok after a warm day of riding a motorcycle. Parking no problem. Landlady gave us a quiet room at the top of the house as per my request.

There were no coat hangers in the wardrobe but the landlady eventually got us some. Maybe worth checking before new guests arrive. The bedroom was small and very warm. Could be worthwhile leaving just a sheet instead of a duvet for a top covering. We also left the window open while we went out for an evening meal and walk. Unfortunately, I also got bitten by some bugs on both arms during the night but i've sprayed them so the itchy feeling doesn't persist.

Friendly atmosphere, staff were so welcoming. Great value for money. Complimentary snacks. It felt like you were staying with friends.

Some of the decor is looking a little tired, but for the price, it was fantastic and very comfortable.
