The Banana House

The best place to stay on Nusa Penida! (Stayed in different bungalows on the island over 3 weeks) Great value for money, super clean, comfortable bed, good AC, mirror in the room, comfortable chairs outside, good water pressure, quiet. You can rent scooters there for a good price, book boats (cheaper than 12go.asia) and so on. And the property manager Novi is extremely friendly and welcoming. I wouldn't think twice where to stay..

The bathroom mirror could be bigger (and higher up).

Maybe the best place we stayed in all our month in indonesia, at such a reasonable price. The room is comfortable for both leisure and work and the wifi router is very close to the room and very fast. The room is clean, cosy and light at the same time. Hot water in the shower and strong Ac. Highly highly recommend!!

Nice room, clean, the bed was big and very comfortable. Quiet area, on a side road so you dont hear the noise from main street. Host very friendly and supportive, always helping when needed.

Not that much to do and not many restaurant choices in that village, you need a scooter to get around the island. Other than this, the stay at Banana house was perfect.

Nothing - p.s don’t leave the bathroom light on at night. We left on by accident and there was around 100 mosquitos when we came back.

I liked the fact that it was super clean and comfy.

Nusa Penida is super expensive in general and the location wasn’t great so I spent a lot of money in taxis. Also, the hotel didn’t help a lot to organise activities. The location. There’s nothing around.
