Levi's Tourist – Anuradhapura

I visited this property and totally disappointed as it was closed due to a court decision. The notice was placed on the gate and I didn’t get any information before I arrived there. I had to look for other place to stay immediately which was not really convenient and unexpected. Please pay your attention on this kind incidents in order to make your service more reliable and and easy for customers. Here with attached the notice displayed at the property.

No kettle or cup of tea making facilities. No drinking water in the room. No cups or glass inside the room to drink anything.

No había papel higiénico en el baño. Aunque es cierto que en las condiciones sí se detalla, veo excesivo pagar un suplemento por las sabanas

Friendly staff, spacious smart building, beachfront view from verandah, lovely extensive breakfast.

Freundliche Mitarbeiter, soweit sauber, ruhig.

Im Bad fehlt eine Vorrichtung, um das Badetuch aufzuhängen.

Nice garden, rooms clean enough.

Staff - the owner is a horrible person. Rasist (didnt stop talking bad about Indians), agressive, tried to scam us (put wrong amount on the pos machine then deleted it when we asked him to show it) We had two rooms, shared with friends. We wanted to shorten our stay for one night (one room) and he still made us pay for it (never happened before in Sri lanka). We didn’t feel welcome at all, bad vibe all over. Had to pay for every sip of coffee, usually Sri lanka people are soo sweet and welcoming. Not here. You can see all they care is about money that they will take from tourist.

Short stay, had an aryuvedic massage. Host was welcoming and place was clean and in a quite street.
