We had a wonderful stay at Halford House for our "minimoon" after our wedding. The house is beautiful and the host so friendly and hospitable - such a lovely atmosphere. We had everything we needed in our room, including tea/coffee and toiletries, plus extras that we didn't expect, like the little pantry on the landing providing snacks - such a nice touch. We met the resident dogs/cat too - so sweet. The location is ideal, right in the heart of things near the model village and Birdland and close to the river/iconic Bourton-on-the-Water bridges. We also appreciated the host's recommendations for places to eat, including their sister restaurant The Croft (where we had a lovely breakfast) and the Indian restaurant Aroma opposite the guesthouse - delicious. Thank you very much for an absolutely perfect stay!
