Location could not be beat

Most of the rooms were on the top floor and hot - and we stayed in the middle of May. If you need help getting bags up the two flights don't stay here - they just watched my 70 year old brother drag the large suitcase up himself. It was almost impossible to take a shower without getting water on the floor. Then the staff picked up the soaking wet towels and hung them up - twice. Pet stains throughout the public space. We had wine in the salon and had. O place to put our dirty glasses. They stayed there for two days.

Cet hébergement qui est une maison a beaucoup de charme et la personne qui m'a accueilli était agréable et souriante. Pour ma 2ème visite à Bourton-on-the-water, il était très pratique d'être au coeur du centre ville. J'ai apprécié les petites attentions comme la mise à disposition de snacking pour les résidents et la programmation du chauffage avant mon arrivée ça fait toute la différence.La chambre était exactement comme je l'imaginais cosy et confortable.

La lumière de la salle de bain est à contrejour donc pas très pratique pour se préparer. Un cheveu dans les draps.

Loved absolutely everything! Lots of space. Comfortable sofa and very comfortable bed. Lovely and clean. Perfect location. Beautiful surroundings and garden. Felt safe. The owners were very accommodating and communication was clear. The milk and juice in the fridge was a lovely touch!

One little bit of feedback would be to have a few glasses in the kitchen for the cold drinks, but that's just a minor tweak.

A beautiful house in a beautiful village in a beautiful part of England. The room was very clean and comfortable, the check in process smooth, and we really appreciated the on-site parking. A great place to stay!
