La ubicación

No hay ascensor, hay que cargar las maletas a mano. A pesar de que la he solicitado más de 10 veces, nunca jamás he recibido la factura. Pésima gestión y mantenimiento del sitio. Estuvimos sin frigorífico durante casi toda la estancia, se habían estropeado los dos que había por un problema eléctrico y arreglaron uno para todas las habitaciones al cuarto día de nuestra estancia. Dos de las habitaciones estuvieron sin luz y tenían que cargar los móviles en las zonas comunes. Faltaban mandos de los ventiladores y los iban cambiando de habitación en función de si estaba libre, cuando nos quejamos por el calor. La experiencia fue bastante mala, solo tiene de bueno el sitio. Si te lo puedes permitir por el precio, mejor buscar otra cosa

Lo que más valoré de esos apartamentos fue la localización, muy cerca del auditorio ALfredo Kraus y de la playa, está justo en la zona de los surfers... También que tiene baño privado. El ventilador de techo.

Se estropearon los dos frigoríficos que había y tardaron bastante en arreglarlos.

Small, Unit, it's under construction not completed.i don't know why they do allow people to Occupy. Toilet too small you can't even close a door when you're inside the toilet.that big glass is a waste of space. They might be thinking of natural light, but still, they could make other means. There are lots of steps to go up to your room. It would be better if they have other means like lift special when you have a baggage to carry up.. Rooms are too close to each other. You can hear your neighbour. Commune kitchen is OK, but you can hear everything that is going on there even if you are in your room. They didn't clean inside our room. Only commune area. They will need to work on not making noise special when you have guests. A big sewer smell that makes it very complicated to be inside a room or sleep inside,they tried to fit a lot of thing's inside a room, which also contributed to natural ventilation, not enough space. That side wood is extremely small to put your phone and etc it's not safe you can easily injured yourself.

Unconventional interior solutions with plywood and glazed courtyard, enough space to work on your laptop. A comfortable bed. A coffee maker, dishes, an induction plate and a microwave in the kitchen.

During my stay the apartament didn't have the front door and so the kitchen was constantly open to the staircase.
