the bed was comfortable and place seemed clean, short walk down to the beach. shared kitchen had everything you need and was kept clean

even with the window open there was little airflow because of the building across the way (could do with an AC or even a fan). it would get quite humid in the room after a shower because of this. there was a bit of an ant issue in the room. it’s not in the nicest of areas, but it is close to the beach for surfing

Really good location. Right near the seafront with lots of restaurants and surf shops which was great for us. The communal area was kept clean.

We weren't able to use the roof terrace because the washing machine was out of order so was unable to find anywhere to dry our wetsuits. There was generally a lack of places to hang up swimming costumes etc to dry. The communal area was very dark as there were no windows. The toilet and shower were not in a separate room to the bedroom area so the whole room got quite muggy from showering.

Common areas are kept tidy quite well and the kitchen has all basic things needed for cooking. Nice amount of storage boxes in the room to store luggage.

Room gets super hot and doesn’t cool off and mosquitoes come bother all night from the very needed open window. Bed is very uncomfortable, very bad sleep.. Water gets to the room during showering bc the shower has only a shower curtain instead of proper door so a big puddle everytime on the floor. Walls are very thin. If you book for longer period they don’t come clean the room in between and the place doesn’t have cleaning liquids for yourself to use for cleaning. More toilet paper must be bought by yourself
