Well appointed, modern room with Internet TV

The automated check in process was appalling. Had to ring to get access which wasn't straightforward.

The location is very good, it is so close to the beach. Common kitchen has oven, so you can make yourself pizza or whatever. It was quiet in the room.

The price to quality ratio is very low. This is really only a Hostel+, a bit better than multi person room in a hostel. They had to had very good photographer as it looks much more promising on pictures then it is in reality. My room was OK, but guest from another room had to look and pay for another accomodation as there was terrible smell in her room from sewers. They did not help her at all, more, I know they are aware of the problem but do not do anything. Why? There were air freshnairs in her room, but not in mine, so they were masking the bad smell. And after she had to leave they had put another guest in the same room without fixing the issue. I was in room number 2 - a first glance it looks big, but there is giant glass space which is unavailable to you to use, this is internal patio. And light from this patio enters your room. They tried to solve it with some curtain but it is still bright at night. This is 2 person room, but really just for one person. I was sleeping on the bad diagonally so it was OK, but just because of that. The room is very small, with no wardrobe or closed storage at all. The toilet is basically in the room, and it is hard to use it with doors closed, so you better like to do your things in front of your partner. Shower is also basically in the room The so called bathroom and kitchen have issues with old silicone, it is not white anymore, but gets black, it seems it is mold. Descriptions says about coffee machine in the room, it is in common kitchen, together with others, just Mokka machine.

This was the 3rd year I was coming, and they gave me room number 3 which has a patio with glass walls right in the middle which connects with the room next to it. There is only a white cloth seperating the view though. Each time my neighbour or the owner living below switches on the light, it was very bright in my room waking me up in the middle of the night several times. I could also see my neighbours shadow brushing her hair-so much about privacy. There are curtains in the room but these are not really lightproof. I asked to change the room, and the company told me they are fully booked, that there is no room available. However, I figured out that was a lie since the owners were cleaning 2 rooms that were actually free until the next day, so I did not understand why they didn't let me change the room. After insisting and after a whole day and after I told the owners to contact the company for me since they were not responding, they finally told me I cannot change the room because of their booking system/software. I did not feel any empathy for my case, it just felt like they didn't care that I can't sleep and that I don't feel comfortable in my room. Another very disturbing factor was the noise. The walls seperating the rooms are only chip board, so I could hear every single word my neighbour was talking on the phone starting every day at 8 am for 8 hours (digital nomad). Also, every door closing was very loud and echoed through that patio. The door handle of my room was broken so that I got locked out and had to take my key to the kitchen each time. The kitchen equipement has never been replaced sice I came the 1st time, so that the pans are in a really bad shape and everything was sticking to them, it didn't matter how much oil I added. The trash got piled up since no one took care of throwing it away.

The bed was very comfortable and the location as we were very near the beach and the Festival WoMad. You have access to 2 kitchen just outside the room.

The toilet it’s not all in a room, it is separate from shower and basin.

Everything was very good. Special remarks for all the staff, They were great in all aspects.
