Really friendly and helpful. Perfect location to the beach and local facilities. Brilliant having dosa on the doorstep, really enjoyed our stay...great value for money...we will be back .

peacefull place, i sleep well. laundry service (a bit expensive), balu'z café at the entrance door, cheaper place for Goa with minimum service
