Perfect basic accomodation, very clean and great location.

The rooms are basic but just what you need for a stay in Anjuna.

On our second last night, the ceiling fan in our room started making a loud noise from its motor and woke us up. We turned off the fan and told the manager in the morning. She let us move room, when the owner came in and accused us of breaking the ceiling fan. We said we never touched it (it is on the ceiling after all!) He got very argumentative and tried to intimidate us. He removed one of the blades from the fan and showed us a crack in it. Not only did we not cause the crack, there is no way that this crack caused the noise that woke us up in the first place! We told them that his behaviour was so poor that we wanted to leave. We had to argue to get our money for the one night back, but eventually did and found another place immediately. The owner then sent us a message and request through booking.com asking for Rs.2500 in damages. So be careful, because if so much as a light globe blows in your room, he will accuse you of breaking it and demand a ridiculous amount of money. Very short sighted and small minded behaviour. See the photo attached to try spot the crack which he claimed was “huge”.

Much, much cleaner than any other room we have stayed in Goa. Hot shower and a decent fan. Very comfortable night's sleep. Staff were helpful and friendly. We even stayed an extra night, it was such good value for money.

Even though the location was ideal, Anjuna's nightlife wasn't what we had hoped for. No fault of the guesthouse though!

Nothing special we liked about this room. We got misled by Google reviews and booked this room.

The owner is quite harsh and service is not customer friendly. Poor hospitality. No AC in the rooms, with fan alone very difficult to manage the hot weather. Not recommended for family people since the nearby rooms were occupied with bachelors and there was late night noise due to drinking party.

Great stay, with a welcoming and helping host at a great location. The rooms are functional and super clean.

Dogs, but they are everywhere 😅

The staff lovely and very helpful. It's a good location for the beach, only 10 minutes walk and close to bars and restaurants.

Unfortunately it's on a busy road and as was a holiday weekend was traffic all night, beeping cars, barking dogs, we didn't sleep with the noise. There was no sheets on the bed, just an undersheet.

It's in a quiet location right next to a Chapel. So you can expect a peaceful stay. A small cafe right at the gate of the property is nice and cozy for breakfast serving juices and other decent food items. The room was clean. They helped us late at night in getting the room unlocked because we had accidentally locked ourselves out. So the property owners/handlers were nice people and soft spoken.

There should be a mat at the bathroom entrance. There should be hooks to hang the towels in the bathroom. The ventilation inside the bathroom should be bigger. INR 1200.00 was a bit higher overall for the one night stay we did. The checkout time is quite earlier than the standard. It is 10:30 am instead of 11:00 am or 12:00 pm.
