the beds were filthy , I was left covered in bites from either mites or bedbugs, the accommodation is far from any acceptable standard, we tried to cancel to get a refund for days not used, the owner coldly refused any refund, she was extremely uncompassionate so this budget stay turned to be a very expensive . So glad to be rid of the place. I dont like to leave a bad review, but I honestly found the staff a discrace to the industry.

Lovely lady that runs the guest house. Basic accommodation that is in the heart on Anjuna beach.

The best part of the stay was meeting Sunita. She was very welcoming and takes pride in her guesthouse. The location was also very good. It is basic, modest accommodations that look just like the pictures.

Nice quiet place not to far away from the the beach. Wonderful restaurant Baluz,'s Cafe nearby. Hilltop Goa as well as Wednesday Flee Market in walkable distance.

Great location, hot water, and owner super nice and helpful (renting scooter, booking taxi). Worth the cheap price!!

It could have been more clean, no toiletries, and also needs some improvements in the room (like shelves, hangers, nightstands).
