הצוות ובמיוחד בעל המלון עם לב רחב. אכפת להם מאוד ורוצים לעזור. חברת ההסעות ביטלו לי את הנסיעה מהעיר ובעל המלון עזר לי ועשה טלפונים ובירר ורק בזכותו הצלחתי למצוא פתרון. כשרציתי לתת לו כסף על השירות הנוסף הוא סירב. זה מראה את הנתינה שלו, את הלב הטוב שלו. אני מודה לו מאוד

היה לי חם בחדר עם מאורר בלבד. לאנשים שסובלים מחום אני ממליץ לקחת חדר עם מזגן

"Uncomfortable feeling"

The staff is really rude. Especially at the main guy at the front desk is pure racism. He treats people from other country nicely but treats Indians like trash. What a horrible person.
