Casa Porta Nuova Verona

Large bedroom, modern renovated decor. Easy flat walk to the train station with suitcase. Quiet.

This is not a room in a hotel. Room was in a neighbourhood tenement type building with local residents. To access the room required opening 4 locked gates/doors with three virtual keys. I was travelling alone (female 55) and found this stressful as my data package was due to expire and I was worried I might be locked out. It took a bit to understand the different instruction for each door and use each virtual key which was in Italian. Four flights of stairs with large suitcase is a challenge. No cup in the room to have a drink of water and only half a toilet roll.

Je n’avais pas confirmé ma réservation et suis arrivé devant des portails fermés Je suis quand même arrivé derrière la porte de l’appartement, j’ai sonné personne ne m’a répondu j’ai téléphoné et la personne m’a dit de confirmer chez Booking.com Mon numéro de code ne fonctionnait pas Je suis parti et je n’ai pas utilisé l’appartement

Sijainti rautatie/bussiasemaan todella hyvä. Jonkin verran kävelymatkaa vanhaan kaupunkiin. Itsenäinen ja todella uudenlainen itselle odottamaton check-in ja ovien avaus/kulkeminen hotelliin mutta toimiva. Ilmastointi toimi.

Huone oli pieni ja suihku pieni. booking:in mainosten päällimmäisenä olevien kuvien perusteella erilainen mutta taas kerran yhden yön yöpymiseen ennen paluulentoa oikein hyvä. Ehkä isommat huoneet ovat paremman näköisiä. Vesipullo valmiiksi huoneessa olisi aina kiva yllätys.
