This property was dishonest and didn’t let me fulfill my stay!

The property owner cancelled my reservation after I informed him that I was checking in late and my money was paid in full. I didn’t get my money back and I contacted booking and the property owner about this. Even if I checked in late or the next day, I should be able to have access to the room I paid for, for the remaining duration of my stay. A late check-in with communication shouldn’t constitute a cancel reservation and no way to get my money back. This is unprofessional, bad customer service and makes me feel like this was a scam. There was another lady and her daughter waiting to checkin and the property owner kept changing the checkin time on them. The mother and daughter eventually called the property owner and he stated that they didn’t pay for the room showed bank statements that they did pay for their stay. The rating on booking.com said 7.1 for me but showed 9.1 for the mother and daughter. Something wasn’t adding up for all of us, so we left after a few hours of waiting and checked into another new by property which has been delightful. I will continue to dispute this claim with booking.com because I should get refunded back the remainder of my stay that wasn’t fulfilled by the property owner.

Sos pisos por escalera y el sistema de apertura de puertas, un poco molesto para registrarse en una App que permite abrir las puertas y lo que no me agrada es que si te quedas sin batería en el móvil, no puedes entrar. Prefiero las aperturas con teclado.
