"Exceptional"

The room was above a beautiful bookstore/bar. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly, we had some delicious umeshu and cocktails which were very reasonably priced. The location was just a minutes walk from the beach. My partner and I had a fantastic experience staying here. I would highly recommend staying here to anybody.

"Enjoy little things."

"Enjoy little things but all the time " It is one of the best stay for me after visiting Japan manytime. Room is comfy as Japanese style public area is so nice and clean, good coffee with warmth warmth atmosphere made my long travelling trip more wonderful. Don't forget to take morning walk Don't missed the sunrise at the beach and enjoy slow walk in the little town along the river and the tiny alley. Thank you to the owner to make this place as lovely as they are ❤️

What a wonderful, original and great place to stay! The hosts were so friendly and the location was incredible (short walk to the beach)! One of my favourite places in Japan so far :)

Very nice host, sashimi meal was delicious. The guesthouse is located at the beach, only 1 min walk. Kitchen is fully equipped. The interior design of the guesthouse is really beautiful and tasteful. Would definitely come back.

"Clean and comfortable with modern thoughtfulness."

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with thoughtful decor. There was a bar and area to eat downstairs, so we could invite a guest to join us for the evening.

There was no one at the property when we arrived. We were a couple of hours early and wanted to deposit our bags at the guesthouse. We had no way of contacting the owner (being from the England we can only phone people in Japan who have WhatsApp because we can only buy data for our phones).

"Great stay off the beaten track"

It has a great common area. The rooms are nice and renovated.

It’s noisy as the walls are thin. The staff provide ear plugs to help with this.
