This place is just perfect. It’s located in a quiet and peaceful area of polignano but the city center is just a few minutes away. The apartment is clean and well maintained, with a great view of the sea and neighbourhood from the rooftop - perfect for an evening aperitivo. Gianni was very helpful and welcoming. He provided great instructions about the place and made sure we were comfortable. I cannot recommend this place enough for anyone who wants to visit polignano.

Good location with terrace and contactless check in/out. We had luck to make early check in.

The sofa was definitely not comfortable to sleep on for people over 180 cm tall. With the sofa unfolded, the wardrobes were difficult to access, forcing us to keep our clothes in suitcases on the ground. Due to the large amount of decorations, there was almost no space for our belongings. Last but not least, the toilet was not cleaned properly, and the niche for our toothbrushes was not cleaned at all. The same goes for the terrace - when opening the door, dried plants from the terrace entered the kitchen, which we had to clean periodically.

Everything was perfect! apartment, bed, cleanliness, comfort. The apartment has everything you need and even more! you want to live here. Gianni was very nice, we received many recommendations about staying in this place. The terrace and the sea view are love ❤️

The location and actual apartment is very nice. It feels a little small initially, but is quite spacious. The kitchen is well outfitted and connects to the lovely, large terrace on the 3rd floor. The terrace has sun almost all day and is possible to see the sea from the terrace and even sunsets. The location is very central, but just far enough away from the centre so that you have peace and quiet, but to get to the centre is only a 5 minute walk. It was very clean and even had some great coffee and some breakfast snacks. There is even a small balcony on the 2nd floor which looks out over the calm street. The host was helpful with some small requests we had and was happy to help with our requirements.

The bathroom may be a little small, but it was fine for us (2 people).

Gianni was an excellent host who was very responsive and attentive. The apartment was very well decorated and had a large balcony with sea view. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. Would definitely recommend!
