Great location close to city still silent and peacedul. Excellent terasse with view ro sea - loved chilling out there. Great kitchen (even if we disnt use it much). Really great place ro stay.

The WiFi was excellent. My girlfriend had to work remotely while there and she had no issues with the WiFi, whether giving presentations or uploading/downloading files. It actually was faster than her Hotspot. The communication with the owner (Gianni) was outstanding. He responded immediately and his directions on where to park and how to find the place was spot on. He assisted us with reservations. He made a reservation for us at Cru Fish Bar and they treated us very very well. The home is very well done, comfortable, and had everything we needed (kitchen had stove top, oven, dish washer, washing machine). Amazing what he was able to fit in the kitchen. You can easily see the sea from the terrace. Short and Easy walk to old town, famous beach and restaurants. Parking was easy for us, as we opted for the free parking lot (about a 10 minute walk or you can get a tuk-tuk if you have luggage). There is street parking, but this can probably be difficult as Polignano is quite popular, even in September. The interior stone work was beautiful. My concern, before staying was the bed, but we found it to be comfortable and we slept well. It was very quiet inside and there didn't have any issues with street noise. It's called La Nicchia, but it had plenty of space for us. Very happy with our stay. I shopped around for different places, but I thought the price point was very reasonable when compared to other places.

For us it was perfect. However, if you dislike steep stairs and a small shower, it may not be for you if you have mobility issues.

This place is perfect. Everything you need plus more. Not to mention beautifull terrace with a view on the sea. Great contact with the host. Bravissimo, Gianni!

It was a great place in an amazing location! We were close to all the best restaurants and the sea. We were ar a high season so the A/C was very much appreciated. The view from the terrace was great. You won’t regret getting up earlier! And it’s super clean, we appreciated it very much! And what’s more, the owner is soooo helpful! He recommended so many great places to us. And also, I left some clothes in the closet and the owner was very nice and managed to send it to my country, thank you so much!

Fabulous location, quiet but walking distance to restaurants, sights etc! Very spacious apartment with full kitchen! Beautiful views of the sea and surrounds from the terrace. Host was extremely helpful with directions for parking etc. Prior to our arrival he sent us links to tours and restaurants, which were fabulous. Loved our stay here and would highly recommend it

I loved this apartment. The location is perfect. It is around the corner from a pedestrian street filled with bars and restaurants, one block to the sea, a few blocks to the main plaza, small grocery store, and a short walk to the train and a safe place to park a car. The apartment is very safe and quiet. The rooftop terrace is lovely with a view of the sea - a great spot to enjoy a book, do work, drink a glass of wine, practice yoga..... In the kitchen, coffee, tea, and sugar was provided as well as a biscuits. The apartment is a smart design and makes great use of space and is very nicely decorated. The double pained windows and solid shutters allow for a silent sleep and no light. Accessing the apartment was very easy and clear.

If you are a large person, it may be difficult to use the shower and bathroom because it is very small. If you have knee problems or small children, this may not be a good option because there are many steep stairs to enter the apartment, to access the loft bed, and to enjoy the kitchen and terrace.

We like everything! If I might say the shower was not the best but really minor detail!

Wonderful apartment, in a quiet street very close to the main tourist area. I booked for the rooftop terrace which was a nice place to sit and have our coffee in the mornings. The apartment was beautifully decorated with a fully equipped kitchen and just about everything we needed.

Unfortunately there was no full length mirror in the apartment, only a small mirror in the bathroom. Also the mezzanine was quite difficult to access and had no bedside lighting, just a mattress bed on the floor. There were not enough sockets for our phones, etc so the apartment would benefit from having some multi plug adaptors in each socket.
