The well restored old house is situated in the heart of the centre but away from its chaos. Clean and well accessorised the house is on two levels that can be reached with steep stone stairs. Very nice terrace outside the well equipped kitchen.

Nothing- However I am aware that narrow and steep stairwells can create difficulties for people with reduced mobility

The property is in a typical puglian old stone house style. I really felt like home. Very clean and comfy. You have everything in hand - kitchen with all facilities, big terrace overlooking the streets below and a small window of seaview. Very good location not so far from the train station, street with bars/restaurants and the old town. Gianni gives me a lot of information about Polignano and answers all my extra questions - many thanks!Definitely recommend it!

I could have stayed here forever! The views from the terrace were stunning, the kitchen was well equipped, there was a washing machine, the living room was so cozy and it was close to everything worth seeing I’m torn. Plus, the host was super kind and responsive. A 10/10 stay!

The place is in a perfect location, walking distance to shops and restaurants and the famous beach 10 minute walk, but still quiet at night! The apartment is really lovely, classic sandstone townhouse, the air conditioning was great and amenities perfect for a few days. Gianni was a great host, we had some issues with construction noise next door for the first couple of days however Gianni was very accomodating and offered us a boat tour which was appreciated. I would definitely recommend to others.

The bed is a mattress on the floor (which didn’t bother us) but might be difficult for some people. Overall not much to fault!

The property was incredibly charming and is situated in the ideal location to explore Polignano a Mare. Gianni was superb with his communication from the very beginning, and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. The terrace was also fabulous to utilise.

The only thing was that the double bed is quite short (sofa bed was great though) and that the kitchen got quite warm while we were there, as the hot air traveled up to the second level. Air con worked perfectly though in the main bedroom/living room area.
