Prachtig groot oud huis, helemaal voor ons zelf. Hele vriendelijke host. Heeft suggesties gedaan waar te eten en heeft ons gebracht naar Magome, naar het begin van de wandeling en nadat we weer vertrokken naar treinstation. Echt een aanrader!

A truly wonderful place to experience the atmosphere of traditional Japan. The house is beautiful, peaceful, and full of authentic charm, with stunning garden views. The host was fantastic—warm, helpful, and made our stay unforgettable. We would gladly come back again!

立派な日本家屋をセンス良くリノベーション。この素敵な家屋を一棟貸。我が家の様にくつろいで、坂下の山里の空気感を存分に味わえます。 一階は使いやすくオシャレなダイニングキッチンのほか、3部屋。2階は４部屋と物置部屋。 各お部屋がそれぞれの味付けでアンティークをモダンに仕上げていてお部屋を渡り歩いて楽しみました。 一階のリビングでは寝椅子に座ってお庭と恵那の山並みをぼーっと見て。ダイニングではレコードをかけて、ひきたての豆で淹れたコーヒーを味わう。 2階の応接間ではソファに座って旅の雑誌をめくる。 お宿で過ごすこと自体が旅の目的になりうるお宿でした。 坂下はご飯屋さんが少ないので、使いやすいキッチンは重宝しました。朝ごはんはこちらで作ってゆっくりダイニングキッチンでいただきました。 オーナーさんの気遣いも素晴らしく安心して滞在できました。

満点！ あえていうなら、日当たりや風が抜ける開放的な造りなので、2階の寝室に使った部屋は、日の出とともに陽が部屋に差し込みました。朝5時から明るくなってしまい目が覚めてしまいました。 一階の真ん中のお部屋は、寝室として、ベストでした。

Contemporary Design, Clean, Functional, Great Position

The house is amazing. It’s around 120 years old, with creaking floorboards and beautiful original features. The facilities are basic but suit the age of the house and Assi the host makes your stay very comfortable. He drove us to the start of our walk in Magome saving us a long bus ride, so appreciated that.

Beautifully renovated old Japanese house with a view of a Kiso valley and a beautiful garden. Super spacious so can accommodate many people. Well equipped kitchen if one fancies to cook. Nearby restaurant and train station. Highly recommend either for a night or multiple days to relax and enjoy the magical atmosphere of the house and neighborhood.

Everything , Assi is an amazing host , he took care of all of our requests , and the house is beautiful ! So big e so quiet! its an amazing experience . very near the station that can take a bus directly to tsumago .

the house was perfect , the down side is that sakashite is a small and quiet town , it dont have many restaurants , I advise to people or eat very very early or go to the supermarket to cook in the house . cause everything closes very soon.
