Richmond Modern Apartment

Good location close to Richmond and the station. Welcome basket and parking included was nice touch.

Street was untidy with trash on the sidewalks, back yard was a mess and we felt unusable with weeds and plant matter on the furniture not inviting to use even though the weather was perfect for sitting outside. Decor could do with a refresh. Sheets and towels clean but the spare pillows and mattress pad were a bit grubby. Master bed small. Master TV broken. Need to pay attention to details and cleanliness in some areas.

Hosts were lovely and helpful. Location was good for public transport and easy to find. Floors and bedrooms were nice and had a great nights sleep.

Kitchen could be better stocked with cooking utensils and there was a lack of kitchen towels.

The location was amazing. We have been before as it is so convenient to find from the West Country and still a pleasant walk from Twickenham. Really appreciated how much was there for us (tray of goodies, things like foil etc in cupboards). Fast replies to queries.

One mattress is getting a bit past its best. If you are bringing a second car, make sure you let them know. They will help sort out your parking, but you can't just park there without sorting permits first. As I say, they will help you though.

Well located apartment in Richmond, close to tube/train station, in a very quiet street. There is parking available on the street, and owner was very helpful in getting parking permit sorted.

A coffee machine would be great

The accommodation was uncleaned and untidy. dust was everywhere. the floor was so unclean that we where not removing our shoes. moreover, when I not on purpose removed the pillow case and saw the pillow I had a feeling that all London has slept on it - brrr .

it is 700m closer to the Richmond station which has underground and overground stations access. property is perfectly fit for 6 members family. can be found closer local food store valued for money

it is good to have a painting touch up where it needed. but that is just a optional thing
