"Perfectly OK for a one night stay but perhaps not for longer"

Great location just back from the sea front and easy to walk into town. Room was well equipped and it felt welcoming.

The en suite bathroom was really tiny. I banged my head twice on the glass shelf above the basin just trying to sit on the loo. I am 5 ft 7 ins tall and weigh under 9 stone so I am not large. While it was nice to have a threequarter bed in a single room it would have been even better to have had space for a bedside table or shelf.

"Exceptional"

The room was absolutely beautiful! I could have moved in there and then! Absolutely huge, more like a suite. Lovely large shower, towels, flannels and toiletries provided. The bedroom was a large L shape that included a lounge area with sofa and 2 armchairs! Tea, coffee, hot chocolate, biscuits, crisps, water provided. Just amazing little touches with the decor, colour scheme. Bed was king-size, gorgeous pillows. Blind and curtains over both windows. View straight over the little boating lake and the sea in the distance. Location perfect. Will most definitely book again. Sad we were only there one night.

Nothing - it was perfect! Breakfast would be a bonus, but there's plenty of places in town to eat, so it wasn't an issue really.

"Great place to stay"

Everything was perfect - from pre-arrival communications with friendly host to a lovely room’s design! I’ve travelled a lot, but it’s nearly never been a place where I’d be happy with everything. But this one was a very happy exception. The location, the room, the bed, lots of pillows, shower, advises received from the hosts - everything was perfect!

Nicely decorated bright & airy.Liked the 2 chocolate biscuits packet of Mini cheddars & plain crisps plenty of tea & coffee.
