The location is good, just a short walk from the seafront and close to the town/bus station. Littlehampton itself has a lot to recommend it, so proximity to its attractions may possibly make up for the shortcomings of the guesthouse.

I have stayed here a few times and do try to support the middle-aged guesthouse owner but have sadly now reached the end of the road. Dated, uninspiring rooms without modern security and with a tea tray straight out of the 1990s just don't match the price tag. The moody, unwelcoming guesthouse owner just adds to the general feeling that you've been robbed and would have done better booking into the Premier Inn.

The room was lovely plenty of snacks and tea and coffee , comfortable bed and big TV.

The fridge had a mark in it and smelt funny

This was our first time in Littlehampton. We were attending a weekend festival, so didn’t have much time to fully appreciate the town. The host was very welcoming and made us feel at home. The room was in a great location, very close to the beach and all the local amenities. We enjoyed a lovely breakfast and also had a nice lunch at a couple of places recommended by the host, Marina.

The room itself felt a little too small for us, with limited storage for clothes. We ended up living out of our suitcase, which was slightly inconvenient as there wasn’t really anywhere to put it. That said, it wasn’t a big issue on this trip as we were only there briefly in the mornings and late evenings.

Die Lage ist einmalig, die Zimmer haben viel Englischen Charme und Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich! Ihre Tipps mit Lokalen für Frühstück und Abendessen waren sehr fein. Littlehampton ist ein kleines aber feines Seebad, welches gerade in einen tollen Park im Strandbereich investiert.
