Comfortable, friendly and helpful host, and good central location in Littlehampton. The unavailability of breakfast at the Rooms was an advantage. There were good morning good choices nearby.

The room was compact, but fine for the duration of our stay.

"Clean and Quiet"

I booked the small double room. It is fine for one person but I don't think that there is space for two people. It was clean and quiet. Since I was traveling for business, I was away all day. Perfect if you want a place just for sleep. Very good location. Close to the sea and the city center.

Because it is so close to the sea, you can hear the seagulls from really early in the morning

"Lots of good walking and"

No breakfast served. Location was close to both sea and river. Also, a very long sandy beach except ay high tide.

No extractor fan in the bathroom. Water in the basin only drained away slowly.
