Arun Sands Rooms

Good size room and very clean

Room was on top floor, will have to insist that my partner doesn't pack the kitchen sink next time :-)

Lovely spacious clean room, great views, friendly owner. Loved sitting out on balcony.

I have stayed at Arun Sands three times now. It's a great location. Marina is lovely and welcoming. I will stay again for sure.

The room was clean, bed very comfortable and the manager Marina is a very nice and polite person. I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.

I liked everything

Lovely hostess. Free street parking right outside. My case was carried to my room. Only stayed for two nights so no time to explore - lovely garden.

Would have liked it to have breakfast as well.

The guesthouse is a beautiful property in a lovely location close to the sea front. The owner showed us where the local restaurants were in her guide book and was very helpful. We only had one night there while dropping my son at uni, but I would definitely visit again!

We are delighted with this place. The room met all our expectations, the view from the balcony made every evening more enjoyable, and we regret that the stay was so short. We will definitely come back here more than once and will recommend this place to everyone!
