Bellissima villa storica, in posizione strategica sia per raggiungere Spello (anche piedi) che altre bellissime mete umbre (alcune delle quali suggerite dal signor Fabrizio). Ottima ospitalità, il signor Fabrizio è l'oste perfetto: cordiale, disponibile e super attento ai bisogni dei propri ospiti!

"A very beautiful place to stay in Spello"

The location is amazing, caple meters from the old city, the mansion is beatiful, the host Fabrizio is a very nice and kind person, gave us a full explantion about the city and her history and recommendation of good restaurants. The room was very big and clean in a historic beatiful house. Very recommended.

Loved the feel of the place. Truly going back in time.

Probably as there was no aircon and the temp was 36°, but we knew that was the case. It did cool down at night.
