Beautiful historical villa. Spacious rooms. Excellent host. Superb location

The only small issue was the shower - low pressure and sometimes not hot.

We were so lucky to stay at Fabrizio’s place, it is a beautifully maintained historic and much loved family home. Fabrizio was the most attentive host, he was kind enough to pick us up from the train station and drop us off to my brother’s wedding in town. He always made sure we were comfy and had everything we needed, giving us a helpful map with his own personal recommendations for restaurants, bars and points of interest to visit. Everything was clean, organised and it was just a wonderful experience to stay in such a beautiful home.

Fabrizio was the most remarkable host. This is his home, a beautiful historic house in large peaceful gardens within easy short walking distance of the town's walls. He was welcoming, informative and generous - the kind of person anyone would be fortunate to have as a friend.

Villa Pandolfi Elmi was an absolute dream. If you’re looking for an authentic Spello experience with true Italian hospitality then this is the place. Fabrizio was a wonderful host who was always on hand to help and gave incredible recommendations for food and activities. You truly feel you’re in a home rather than a hotel, and the stroll into and out of Spello looking up at the village walls, or navigating the leafy country lanes, is a constant reminder of where you are.
