Property Notes

The Volcano Huts Thorsmork is in a remote location, only accessible by hiking or special busses during 1 May to 30 September. During winter from 1 October to 30 April, transportation by super jeep is required and guests can be picked up from Seljalandsfoss waterfall or Reykjavik. There is a car park at the Seljalandsfoss pick-up point. After booking, please contact the property via e-mail for directions and additional arrival details. Although all rates are quoted in EUR, please note that charges will be made in ISK according to the exchange rate on the day that the charge is made. Bed linen, duvets, pillows and towels are not included. You can rent them on site or bring your own. Please note that the former items are included when booking a room package.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. A deposit may be required at the property.

酒店存在欺骗行为。booking页面上没有大巴时间。酒店却只能通过大巴抵达这太荒唐了！我及其投诉！大家千万别来！

酒店无法自驾正常前往 网页下单页面没有明显提示。下单完成后几小时才发邮件告知需要乘坐大巴前往。我的入住时间写了晚上十一点.但是大巴最后一班是下午六点这导致我们不能及时赶到。与酒店联系不上 邮件 电话 whatsup都没人回复。下午三点下单 五点酒店就失联。还是在这样一个入住如此困难的地方

"Lugar ideal perdido en la montaña"

El personal espectacular...nos perdimos y llegamos de noche al hotel. Llamamos avisando y nos guardaron la cena a pesar de tener cerrada la cocina. Un poco caro pero es un lugar ideal para los amantes de la montaña. Un besazo para todos los valencianos que trabajan allí ☺️

Al hacer la reserva, Booking no informa que no se puede llegar con coche convencional, hay que coger un autobús que vale unos 150€ ida y vuelta x persona . El trayecto es de unos 50 minutos ida.

Property does not make clear before booking that you need to spend an additional 170000 ISK Per Person to reach the accommodation, which makes the cost way higher than anticipated. Non refundable so you’re already stuck before you actually know the cost.

Oh my God this was a wonderful place to stay. Food was excellent facilities were great. Staff was very helpful. We loved this place. It was like a home away from home for a few days and the hiking here is glorious.

La posizione è incantevole; pagando un sovrapprezzo è possibile avere una eccellente colazione.

La cucina comune è poco equipaggiata, la sauna è da ristrutturare e le docce erano un po' fredde
