La ubicación es lo mejor que tiene, aunque DEBES PAGAR ISK18,000 PARA LLEGAR Y NO LO AVISAN PREVIO A LA RESERVA.

No pudimos dormir hasta las 2am por gritos de personas borrachas y nadie del personal disponible para poner orden.

Beautiful and unique camping grounds in an incredible area - so beautiful all around and a wide open range of hiking trails to choose from which staff were so helpful to advise with. The sauna was a nice addition too

The bus to get to the accommodation was very expensive and we didn't expect it to be so much. Food was also incredibly expensive in the restaurant, but we understand it's difficult to access the area. Some days only cold water was coming out of the shower too. However, we had very special stay and would recommend this for a unique experience with beautiful hikes all around

I stayed at Volcano Huts Þórsmörk and experienced an issue: the hotel does not follow its own rules declared on Booking.com and on their website. The property states that quiet hours are from 23:00 to 08:00, but in reality these rules are not respected. As a result, guests are left to deal with the noise problem themselves, which I find unacceptable.

Sala comune molto carina e accogliente. C'è la possibilità di fare colazione,pranzo e cena, oppure se sei attrezzato c'è una cucina in comune. Lo staff é stato disponibile e molto simpatici. La camera abbastanza comoda, pulita ma molto piccola. I servizi ok e c'è anche una sauna !!!

State attenti perché per arrivare in questo bellissimo luogo sperduto dovete aggiungere un biglietto molto caro, a testa più o meno 120 A/R , per prendere un mezzo rinforzato e adeguato per passare nei fiumi sulla strada. Occhio perché è una strada F e le correnti anche se avete un 4x4 sono molto forti!!! .non adatto a soggiorni brevi e consiglio di segnalare di più le difficoltà per arrivare. Poi consigliatissimo perché è stato davvero perdersi nella natura!!!
