It was really beautiful and modern. The bed was comfortable, bathroom was really nice and also modern, we loved it.

Unfortunately the cleaning was bad. The room was full of dust. For people with dust allergies, no chance. If it would be cleaned properly, it would have been perfect.

"Location was really nice"

The place is located in the old part of the city which is bery quiet.

Ants in the bed and hair from other people. Before we were able to check in whe had to pay the tourist tax via estay. After trying several creditcards we were able to. This process is too confusing and complicated.

Beautiful building Comfy double bed. Boutique hotel finish Great shower office staff were very nice. The stay place didn't have staff Room only would be great for a 1 or 2 night stay. Longer stays would need a suite.

no rubbish collection or info on what to do no wardrobe space some confusion and mixed communication on what the welcome leaflet and staff said - eg outdated wifi details, info about a kitchen but there were no kitchen facilities

the location was very central, and a lot of restaurants, historic building including the royal home (by with only 3 room where open for the public), bar, gelateria and churches.

this is a self check-in system, however it might be difficult for some people which are not that into technology to access it. no reception, you talk with a personnel on what's up. Also no house keeping is available which means that you will need to use the same towel every day for the whole stay.

"Perfect location for exploring Castello"

Great location for exploring Castello and other areas of the historic city. Room was modern with good storage and an extremely comfortable bed. Great amenities and refreshments provided. Bathroom was clean with great water pressure.

AC was tricky to work but good enough for a few days and the tiling in the shower had quite significant water damage which flaked every time we used the shower.
