Localization is perfect, close to bus station to go to beach, close to restaurants and supermarket. If someone wants rent a car, close to apartament is parking that is not expensive. Clean, nice bed, small fridge to put some stuff if you need really help. For the price I think is really good option.

"Charming room in the old heart of Cagliari"

The room is beautifully located in the old heart of Cagliari, in an old building. It has been tastefully modernised and decorated, with some characteristic features preserved. The staff provided detailed instructions for accessing the room and more tips than we could possibly fit in our four day stay in Cagliari.

This is pure nitpicking but there were two sensors in the room, one in the sleeping area and the other in the bathroom. They got activated with motion and gave a faint blue light at night. It wasn't more puzzling than disturbing but for someone who is extremely sensitive to light this might be an issue.
